How to Practice Alternate Nostril Breathing:
- Find a comfortable seated position with your spine straight.
- Place your left hand on your left knee with the palm facing up.
- Use your right hand and bring your index and middle fingers to rest between your eyebrows.
- Close your right nostril with your right thumb and inhale through your left nostril for a count of four.
- Close your left nostril with your ring finger, release the right nostril, and exhale for a count of four.
- Inhale through the right nostril for a count of four, then close the right nostril, release the left, and exhale through the left nostril for a count of four.
- This completes one round. Repeat for 5-10 rounds.
